Being that it is the actual Veteran’s Day. Have you shown your appreciation to our veterans?
Better yet. Go visit ones that are in nursing homes and possibly forgotten for what they gave for the rest of us!

Yes and I also reminded people to stop saying we need to get militarily involved in Ukraine unless they are 100% ready to enlist themselves. Because the arm chair quarterback BS people are pulling was old the moment people started it. So if you are not going to fight in a conflict yourself, stop saying that other people should on your behalf.

Totally agree with you on Ukraine! It is terrible that it is happening. But we can’t save the world!

If people are forced to go to war there is a thing called refusing and choosing to go to jail. Many people did it including famous people which without need to mention one you should know who I am referring to.
Or you can do another path and choose to be a medic. Point is there is options.
Or of my favourite troops though can't remember his name, he fought in japan I believe? He did't fire a single shot and just decided to save people from either side instead.

Veterans in their later sixties and older were possibly drafted. That is why I included nursing homes.
I guess that a few WW2 vets are still around!

And? I don't rightly care. Besides that conflict was before I was even born. It has nothing to do with me. And ww2 vets were around before my parents were born, still don't care. They chose to be there.
