"High ranked personels haven't denied the possibility of UFO's". they are neither saying there are ufos, nor are they saying there are ufos. they are just saying "there may be ufos". and that's not even "fake" news. it's just straight up not news, just a general statement that is true.

it's distraction. remember rosswell or area 51? ufos are always cover up stories for the media, so the people are distracted by bullshit, while the military works on new cutting edge technologies or while politicians are landing an international coup or secretly. so i can not tell you what exactly is going on. i can't look behind the scenes. but i know that ufos are just a distraction.

the baloon thing was probably a propaganda action to bascially slowly build up the feeling of "being attacked by china" and "emerging danger", so up coming war actions against china won't cause too much outrage. that's my theory.

You have a point there and i agree with you but since the roswell incident there are some mysterious events happening which cannot be explained by science, it doesn't have to be E. T's but they remain real and unxeplained...
For example crafts that defies the earth's gravity which cannot be explained by aerodynamics experts...
