There are multiple reasons I dislike Dylan’s Mulvaney. Let’s start with a few.

1) Dylan was featured in the beauty of Girlhood Talkshow even though Dylan is a biological man.

2) Dylan was sponsored by tampax even though Dylan can’t use them.

3) Dylan makes a mockery of women with the Day 1 of girlhood videos.

Now to answer your question. I absolutely despise the fact that Dylan is being sponsored by so many products that are catered towards women. Even though Dylan is a biological man who will most likely never use them. Unless Dylan gets body altering surgeries or takes obscene amounts of hormones. Also bud light sponsoring Dylan didn’t really make sense because who was their target audience? Usually Bud Light targets young American men and I doubt that young men watch Dylan Mulvaney’s videos. Although Nike using Dylan as a sponsor was a pretty smart move because Dylan’s audience is filled with teenage/college girls.

the difference is there is scientific backing behind being transgender. There are plenty of studies from universities that show the brain patterns of transgender people align with the gender they identify as more than the one they were born as. I’m not a scientist so I can’t go into the exact details about the studies off the top of my head. but I am free to find it and share it with you if you like.
That’s what makes it’s different than someone trying to identify as another race or an animal, hence why I said it was a stupid comparison earlier.
