Where do you get your news from, generally speaking?
Mainstream internet news sites. I usually start with the BBC then have a look at a couple of tabloids (not taking them too serious) then look at local news which is usually stuff like man sees a jelly fish on beach.

I like the conservative types of news for American and UK news. Doesn't mean I agree with everything they spin but I at least agree with the fundamental values. And most of the time, the worst spins I see are left-wing news which I glance at here and there, because they'll usually show clips much shorter which makes it easier to take it out of context than the conservative news. Like full-blown body cam footage of George Floyd should make people at least question the police brutality, but no left-wing or "liberal" news source showed that clip.
Internet news and opinion sites. I try to detect opposing views when the propaganda isn't too thick. I also do not trust US mass media including (!) Fox News. That are all owned by corporate ideology and sponsors.
ARD and ZDF TV news and reports
Spiegel Magazine
FAZ, ZEIT, Süddeutsche, Guardian... newspapers
CNN TV
NY Times, Washington Post
Google searches, websites of mainstream media, YouTube of mainstream news channels, and TV free to air channels (free antenna?) 😋✌🏻☮️
