They'll probably try to make a show of the tower simply because it's the best known, but the fallout if they go ahead and he wins the election will be massive. Compensation into the tens of billions and criminal charges for Joe and any Democratic Party members involved.
The state attorney is a fool if they go ahead and then fail to go after every single individual in the state that has ever insured or valued a property at more than they paid for it. Including Rockefeller, Rothschild, etc.
This shit pisses me off. This is a waste of time and he has no reason to be losing any of this. The excuse the scumbags in these courts use is the lie that only they have the power to determine the value of property when that power always lied with the owner of that property so long as the banks agree with that deal, as they did with Trump. This is how the real estate business has always worked.
To say that this is a punishable offense is to say that there should be a civil lawsuit for someone wants to sell an apple for a million dollars and someone AGREED to buy it. Can you imagine getting sent to court if you wanted to sell a couch on Facebook Marketplace because you SOLD it for more money than it is actually worth as determined by the government? It's almost like they really don't like the fact that you own stuff.

I said on Wednesday that Trump will let Letisha James put a foreclosure notice on Trump Tower. He would have a camera crew there and put it all over the place. This will insure tht he will win the election. Now the talking heads on CNN are saying the same thing. The public will be horrified at this and Biden will be finished.
