probably both but the prize for a movie about a weak simp would be the Spiderman trilogy by Sam Raimi

Yeah Mary Jane definitely sucked. Peter literally had to wait his turn as she dated the school bully, a rich kid, an astronaut over him despite him living next door to her for years and was only intrested in Peter when she found out he was Spiderman. Betty Brant was way hotter, so Gwen Stacey. She became a complete bitch in the 3rd film.

Forrest Gump may be worse but he was autistic and so it was easy for Jenny to take advantage of him. Peter Parker really has no excuse though
