What do you think of Coke censoring words like Jesus from their personalized cans?

Look, I am basically an atheist, I also have a lot of Hispanic friends who are pissed off about this because the name Jesus is a common one among them. So its very clear that coke is doing this with a very obvious anti religious agenda. I support the boycott personally if for no other reason than the fact that my neighbor can't put his name on his coke can. Its bullshit. Its stupid. And honestly Coke gets what they deserve. I personally will never again buy another coke product.

I'm an atheist myself, but I support the rights of everyone, religious or not. I think discriminating on the basis of religious or political beliefs by companies like Coca Cola is disgusting.

I strongly encourage people to boycott Coca Cola, because it sends a very real message and hits them where it hurts. Case in point, the boycott of Gillette after their woke and sexist ad in 2019, which resulted in Gillette's parent company, Procter & Gamble, being forced to take a $8 billion dollar write down.

We have many issues of corporate greed like Coca Cola lying about their climate goals and dodging paying taxes for years…. Why not get ‘triggered’ by the real world big boy issues rather than bottles simply not saying “Jesus”. Grow up already.

Sadly it's not that simple and the world judges are not that mellow. I agree for the Hispanic the word Jesus is somewhat a common first name, however for the rest of the world who for whatever reasons you also have to accommodate especially when you are a world wide retailer you have to be very careful with how you advertise. Busch would be a good example with their Bud Light, which drove there products right into the sewer.

I don't drink soft drinks, I do find it kind of funny that conservatives are now jumping on the cancel bandwagon with glee like we hated progressives for doing a decade ago.

My hope is that final step to cancelling individuals and calling for banks and big data to lock them out isn't taken like Andrew Tate or others. It's a disgusting practice, and they aren't pedophiles or funding crazy initiatives left and right. For their revenue their political donations are actually pretty tame.

It would make sense for them to give a nudge in Kamala's direction and have some backroom handshakes in that direction though. They spread bets on all candidates since the beginning, but bet the most heavily on her.
