The Russians are stepping in behind Iran and I think this may has thrown a wrench into Netanyahu's plan. Whether he'll still be lunatic enough to go for it is the question.

Nothing too dramatic. More tit for tat, calculated attacks and sabre-rattling for the domestic audiences. No large escalation and certainly no world war.
