The ceo of the miss universe pagent says the winners blonde hair and blue eyes is like the "ultimate evolution" how exactly? All this will do is make non blondes feel pressured and feel not very pretty just because they aren't blonde. And the ceo also said that ethnic women can compete but can't win which in my opinion is racist saying because you look a certain way you can't win, which will make ethnic women not want to compete so there would be less diversity. That's not evolution if anything that's going backwards.

I’ve never understood the fascination with blonde hair. Other than my own, it’s fucking BEAUTIFUL😎😂 But on women…. I mean, I don’t think it necessarily makes someone less attractive, it’s not like that. But I notice with guys, they get like…. I don’t know, DISTRACTED by it? Like there can be a gal who’s not even THAT pretty (respectfully😅) but the guys see the blonde hair and focus on that instead of her actual facial structure, and the face becomes blurry to them. And if she showed up brunette one day, they’d be like “meh.”

It doesn’t even suit everyone. I remember seeing Mean Girls, and I thought Rachel McAdams’ “Regina George” character was the least attractive of the main characters…

My girlfriend is Latina, and she’s kind of funny about blonde women too. She asked me something once about who I thought was attractive, I forget who I said, and she said she was relieved it wasn’t a blonde. My girl is hot too (humblebrag😝), I was surprised she was even worried about it. But I think she’s just been subjected to this beauty standard, and it definitely affected her.

There are all kinds of beautiful women, with all manner of genetics and features that make them as beautiful as they are, and I for sure celebrate that. Imagine being picky about BEAUTIFUL WOMEN🤦‍♂️😂 I don’t get it, haha. Not everyone is for everyone else, and that’s fine, but I can’t imagine being so rigid that I’d be like “she either has this one specific feature or I’m OUT.”, lmao

How this relates to beauty pageants…I’m not too immersed in the beauty pageant world to know. But I’d definitely say that’s a wild move to call it an “evolution”, especially coming from the CEO of the pageant.

Except for natural red heads and possibly natural blondes, hair color doesn't determine race. I believe whites and Asians win more than other races; possibly because there are more whites and Asians then other races.

It should wake you up to the fact that beauty pageants aren't really a measure of beauty, they are just an entertainment show directed by whoever owns the company, which plays to female fantasy so as to more effectively market product to them. Apparently that company thinks blonds have more money to spend on beauty related products than black people for example these days. It's probably based on basic economics. Minorities are probably struggling with basic shit like groceries and gasoline after the Democrats tanked the economy, so the new target market for beauty products are more affluent whites with higher disposable income.
