A 14-year-old is not a prepubescent child, so that is not considered pedophilia but it is considered statutory rape. That being said, every guy I knew when I was 14 would have done the same thing as that 14-year-old. There's always a hot mom or hot teacher that all the teenage boys want to sleep with.
