If that's what they really want, then sure
They can get into show business when they're of legal age, but not any time before that
It depends on things

I would I he can get a good mentor who's well adjusted. Liam Neeson or Daniel Craig for example. Not literally them, but someone who's got no known history of drug use/casting couch "favours" etc.
I'd consider making a move in that direction myself. Anyone know of a good script for a guy missing his leg other than an extra on a pirate movie?
No not after what i found out about Dan Schneider & his weirdos buddies and how it affected Mary Kate and Ashley, Amanda Bynes, Mcauly Caulkin, Lindsey Lohan
If they want to. And if my partner or I can accompany them the entire time.
So many kids get abused in that industry. I wouldn't leave them alone with adults I don't know very well.
My partner does small roles in acting. A good friend of ours acts as well. So I'd prefer if they were able to work together with our child.
No kids need to be kids. If they still want to be in it when their legal age, then fine

If they had the chance I'd let them to a degree. Their mom and I would be in control and would only let them do a limited bit of it and I'd have them still having a normal life and I would veto anything these twisted directors had in mind that I felt was inappropriate.
Lots of things to think about. Make sure you are not influencing their decision. Do not ever leave their side. Set up a collage fund and ask that company they work for matches or adds to it. Do not forget they are kids!
Too many sick pedos in Hollywood, I would constantly have to be with my child to prevent anything from happening.
it depends, of course... but I would do everything in my power to prevent that, especially if they're very young
Bella I would have a lot of misgivings about that. But if they had obvious talent and really were passionate about it I would consider allowing it as long as there were strong guardrails.

Only at age 18+ And after they’ve graduated from HS and i’d likely manage them until they’re 21.
Given the raw deal I got, I'd highly discourage it.
When they turn 18, they can do whatever they want lol
Making it in show biz is as much of a longshot as being a pro athlete. I would make sure they finish college first.
It's a very exploitative business, I wouldn't subject my kid to that
If I was an evil psychopath and worst parent of the year, then sure. Let her be the next Lindsay Lohan or Bella Thorne with an opioid addiction.
That sounded excessively harsh. :/
If they wanted to be like Olson Twins or that richie rich actor, then yea, Hollywood can have my kids.
Sure, with some restrictions of course, but for example a side-role in something like Harry Potter, why not? I would look into it a lot and make sure to be there with them etc.
No. Hollywood is absolutely rife with pedophiles. May as well sell you child to sex traffickers.
Yeah if they really wanted to I'd do what I could to support their dream
If I had a child and that's what they want to do, I will tell them to go for it.
If they were over 14 I would say they can go into show business.
I don't actually have kids, but if I did.
Absolutely NOT. There are so many creeps in Hollywood who actually try to work with children so they can abuse them.
Onlyi i was their manager or really trusted someone who was their manager/agent. So many child stars are really screwed up from bad experiences they had with people taking advantage of them.
*If I
No. Once they are 18, I would let them (if I had any: something I don't want).
