With Mark Fuhrman gone, should LAPD reopen the O.J. Simpson murder case?

Mark Fuhrman was shown to be a racest and planted evidence in the Simpson/Goldman murder case. Among this evidence was the infamous black glove.

It was stated that Fuhrman was a major reason O. J. was aquitted.

What was your feeling of the trial's outcome? Do you think Nicole and Ron deserve to have the case reinvestigated?

Ridiculous. What would be the judicial goal for this? Exhuming O. J. Simpson's corpse and put it in jail until full composting? By the way, the conduct of Mark Fuhrman is hardly relevant, when dozens of solid DNA evidences exist. This case is a disgrace and an example for a thoroughly broken two-tier justice system.

They were solved. An incompetent jury doesn’t negate the work of the criminal scientists.

I respect your opinion but, no, it was never really solved. Although there are those that believe O. J. guilty, he was aquitted.

It's been clearly shown that Fuhrman was racist and absolutely planted evidence, which is why the jury unanimously could not convict.

I'd think we owe it to the victims' families to look again at this case.

I'm astonished that a grown man can still be this childish. Again - It doesn't matter what character this Fuhrman person was, this case was solved despite of him. One doesn't simply fake dozens of DNA evidences, not then, not now, not ever. That's the reason why OJ. Simpson was correctly convicted in the civil lawsuit and the victims' families aren't interested in any idiotic conspiracy theories.

Simpson was acquitted because the black jury was afraid a guilty verdict would create another race riot in Los Angeles. He was found guilty in the civil trial, because that jury was focused on the facts of the case and not the surrounding communities.
