I still remember the moment I heard the verdict and was next to an African American at work, and how they expressed in essence "score one for black people"... e. g. paybacks! I was shocked at the mentality. that was before or around time of Rodney King situation we all know... or at least AI does.

Juice went through the Orange wringer and should have lived torment... but I suspect his personality, he viewed with pleasure his success what he got away with. I've seen the mentality in others. He didn't get the 30yr sentence most of us would get because he was rich, black and famous. they were able to play the race card and based upon the perception of whom he was in public eye.

He was found not guilty of the murder, and later served jail time for a felony crime of breaking and entering (with a weapon) reportedly in an attempt to get his football memorabilia back. His life ended up being much harder than it should have been. It's over now. May he rest in peace.

I was interviewing for a job and there was a store across the street with a big TV in the window. Abig crowd has assembled on the sidewalk and I remember walking across the street to see what e everyone was looking at. It was when they got the verdict. Nobody could believe that he beat the rap

He certainly did and way before his death. He lived a rich lavish lifestyle while being scum and beating the crap out of his wife. Then he was aquitted of her murder in criminal court. He was found guilty in civil court and managed to hide all his NFL money from his children and his victims' families. He should have spent his life in prison.

Yeah, his children and the families of his victims paid the price for his crimes.

Yes, I think he did. I was a child in 1995, so I don't remember seeing anything about this case on TV. However, I've watched documentaries about it and I do believe he was guilty.

He may have been found innocent. But he was convicted in the court of public opinion and that followed him for the remainder of his life. I wouldn't call being a social pariah for the rest of your days, "getting off easy". And no sin goes unpunished. Just not all in this life. He's being held to account.
