President Trump had signed an agreement with Iran where they will open the Strait of Hormuz. The price of oil had dipped to $75 a barrel. How long will it take before we see lower gas prices?

It's not over yet. They have agreed to talk, that's it. An agreement, let alone a treaty, has not been concluded yet, despite the administration's claims.
A lot of things can happen between now and Friday. Zionists and neocons are going ape shit and will be putting maximum pressure on Trump to torpedo the deal. And Israel will never concede to Iran's demands.
But if an agreement is signed and the Straits are opened, it could take 6 months for fuel prices to be seriously effected, according to Larry Johnson, former high-level CIA analyst. It will take a month to load the tankers and two months for them to reach the U. S. Then the crude needs to be processed.
In the meantime, U. S. and global reserves are dangerously low.
@exitseven. Thanks for the MHO, brother.
Hopefully shortly. If all things are fulfilled by the agreement, not only will we see an Iran without a nuclear weapon and militarily defeated, but also the strait of hormuz open to all. That's assuming the talks workout. It might not.
china hoarding not only will prevent this but would rAise prices even without iran war.

Market fluctuations are minor ripples in a much larger tide. People obsess over the price of fuel because they settle for the comfort of the status quo. I do not care what the pump costs because my focus is fixed on the horizon of genuine achievement. We are here to craft a life of lasting consequence rather than merely managing the trivial expenses of our survival. The pursuit of greatness is the only objective that justifies our time on this earth. Set your sights on something that survives your passing and leave the small talk to those content with the mundane.
Lol, the war isn't "over". All they have is a memorandum of understanding - not a truce, deal, or treaty.
A spit on the palm and shaking hands has more power than a "memorandum of understanding"
Also, the genocidal state of Israel has already said they will not abide by it.
Probably months if not, six months up to a year who knows to get back to normal
but now we know just how much china is HOARDING. the china demand will ruin supply.
gas prices tend to rise here during the summer normally so not really sure they will come down that much , i suppose we might see somewhat of a drop but not really expecting much , and even if prices come down somewhat don't really have much of a budget left for gas this summer
trips to far away beaches aren't happening anytime soon
I don't know, but in my area, it's already down about a dollar from where it was after this idiot thing started...and even so, it STILL never got as high as it was at this same point during ol' Joey.
7 why would you say that the war is over when it's not over.
Read Lliams opinion on your question please.
"lower"? than before. immediately.
wow 20% lower in a week!
Gas same here for last two weeks. Not going down much. war will start back up soon. Israel controls Trump , not Trump Israel.
I know how long it would need to come down if the strait of hormuz just never closed lol
the UK is relaxing regulations on drilling for oil now so this will help make them come down even more over time
A lot longer than it took them to go up.
Trump is an idiot.
