It is the U. S. that attacks countries around the world. It is Israel that said it would nuke European countries and the Vatican if its survival was threatened

Iran never had any desire to attack the U. S. It is currently only defending itself against U. S and Israeli unprovoked attacks by taking out military assets that are used against it and by causing economic hardship. It is being smart. Attacking the U. S. homeland would be incredibly stupid and suicidal.

And all the evidence points to Israel's collusion with the U. S. in a long-planned and highly orchestrated false flag attack on 911, not Islamic terrorists.
Besides Iran is Shiite, not Salafist Sunni and was never implicated in terrorism, aside from its support for defenders against Israel's horrific brutality against innocent civilians.
Unfortunately, the average American doesn't know anything besides what they hear in the news and, worse yet, they believe the government.

They didn't say that they would attack American soil. What they ARE doing is obliterating U. S. bases and equipment in the region in response to being attacked first.

We are led. to believe that all Muslims are insane fanatics. But the fanatics like ISIS and alQaida are actually led and supported by the U. S. and Israel. Notice how they only attack Muslim countries but never Israel. They rarely even attack U. S. assets.

Imagine if Iran could strike a major US city in a similarly successful strike to 9/11. That attack would be of less strategic valuable than what they're already doing in the Strait or Hormuz.

We'd loose a few thousand lives and have property damage. That's horrible but only causes pain to those Americans that are directly effected. That attack would be less damaging to the majority of American people than the increased fuel costs and higher prices we're currently experiencing.

I don't believe that Iran has either the will or means to strike the US mainland. They've got us over a barrel by controlling the Strait of Hormuz.

The USA's military success is largely down to the Atlantic and Pacific ocean. It's a huge open obstacle for an enemy to cross. It leaves them open to attack and stretches their supply lines. Americas biggest contribution to WW2 was its factories were out of reach.

Iran doesn't have any bases near the USA. Any open attempt to cross the ocean would see it's ships sunk before they left the Arabian sea.

BUT, could they use drones already in the USA built in secret right under your noses? Perhaps they've been smuggling them in for years. Or why not just hide a tonne of them on a cargo ship and release them once in port.

More likely we'll see terrorist groups operating independently of the government. Blow up one bus, one MacDonalds, any soft target then Americans have to assume no where is safe. Everything slows right down as security rockets, tax rises to pay for it all. One phone call to say there's a bomb in a hospital or school and it's chaos.

I heard the other night the claim that Iran recieved a shipment of ICBM Dongfeng's. Each capable of holding 10 nuclear warheads. And of course capable of striking inside the continental United States. But i have not seen anything that would substantiate this claim.
