A major part of the dissatisfaction is simply the length of the deployment and lack of time ashore. The Lincoln has been deployed since November 2025 and has spent more than 200 consecutive days without a normal port call.

There have been plenty of deployments longer than that, the Gerald Ford ended a 326 day deployment in May.

I don't think the length of the deployment is the biggest factor. I think the food is probably the biggest issue.
