Yes, and it was actually 2 attempts she survived, her lawyers warned this would happen and requested both hanging and the firing squad and both request were denied. At this point it's time to stop wasting tax payers money and commute her sentence to life in prison without parole. Hopefully one day in the future death sentences will fall under cruel and unusual punishment and will be banned at the federal level.

I am sure they're going to try to do that, but whether or not they will be successful, it remains to be seen. If they try to do it, it will be a public relations nightmare.

i'm impressed. i hope she talks about the experience and gets time served on a life sentence. i don't think she should ever get parole. i'm sure there are a lot worse people locked up than her and they aren't on death row. strange.
