The lawyer for the officer here is trying to think up every excuse in the book. The fact is, Daniel Shaver was shot for a stumble. Not because he had a knife, since he didn't. He didn't have a rifle. He didn't rush the officers. They shot him because of a failure to crawl perfectly with his legs crossed.

His client, the officer shouting commands, sets the rules of engagement. One little motion in the wrong direction would result in Mr. Shaver's murder.

This dude has fled to the Philippines in hopes of escaping accountability.

Bring him back and put him in jail. I am not sure what could be done about Mr. Brailsford. Since he was put on trial and found innocent. This crap is unbelievable.
