Honestly I'd think it was really sweet if someone thought about me and wanted me to be happy on Valentine's day even if I didn't fancy them, id just give them a big hug and say yes, I don't think it has to be a romantic thing, it can just be like saying your special to me and I care about you.

Yeah negative, maybe a tad bit much. I can judge the things I mentioned before fairly quickly and come to a satisfying conclusion. It is not like I'd reject them straight away. Small talk is always useful. If she asked me "what about we get a coffee?" that would be a nice thing. And I'd be more relaxed about the situation. :)
