The problem is my crush DOESN’T know I like him and I’m afraid he’ll think that’s a little weird since it’s out of the blue. Should I make him this really cool DIY gift or is this doing too much? Be careful though. My sister did exactly that but the guy stayed completely clueless. He thought that she was giving biscuits away to everybody. Make sure you two are alone when you give it to him and that his attention is focused on you. It must be perfectly clear to him what you are doing and that gift is meant exclusive for him directly from you.

Yeah... well, maybe. I’m not sure. But if you get him something smaller, and more simple, that might be okay to gift. Because something as big as what the photo shows, it’d be a little creepy.
That's good, you could ask him or personally I will just say that I like the person and then let them decide if they keep talking to me or if they let it be
