Those types of bra do not effectively support the breasts. Depending on your breast size, those kind of bras are not convenient.

You are much better off using a regular bra with shoulder straps. Ensure that the straps are padded and broad in order to avoid for them to cut into your flesh too much.

I would chose the more discreet, skin colored bra similar to the one under "Vote A".

A bra is supposed to help keep the breasts in place and not to let them bounce or move too much when you walk or run. Those bras on the pictures do not help to keep the movement to a minimum.
