Just my perspective here, getting blood flow there is one of the easiest problems to fix. Nutrition, exercise, especially blood flow restriction training in the legs, cold showers, definitely acoustic soundwave therapy which you can get your own machine for $200. It's sad that men in their 20s even need such a thing... but still these methods above work even for people over 70 to get off of boner pills.

The reason why it's not the biggest problem, is that you can have good blood flow regardless if it's at will or dependent on tablets, so stiff that it hurts, but you have no desire to use it.
Also inhibiting prolactin may get rid 6if the refractive period, but still doesn't guarantee that you'll want to keep using it.
I had the idea, I know I lose the willingness after finishing several times. that it's probably the decline of androgen receptors in the brain after "sexual satiety" as shown in rodent experiments. That means beyond being healthy and maximizing male hormone levels, maybe it would work to snort testosterone powder to get it straight into the brain.

@Dіldophobe, thanks for advice and suggestion, I appreciate much. Naturally some men have more timings some or average and some have only few minutes. Every male and female, want, long time with hardness to get maximum pleasure in the bed and complete satisfaction, so men use different medicines and exercises to achieve their goal, I have average timings but my partner want more. At present most brakeups and cheating between couples is due to lack of pleasure and physical satisfaction, I suggest couples they must try to overcome this problem
