- Put together a montage video that has pictures/videos of you two (if your relationship is serious). By the way, if you need help, then you can message me, as I have a lot of experience with video editing.

- The usual gifts like flowers, but get her food from her favorite place or type of food. Also, if you to put a twist on it, then put flags on top where each one says a reason why you love them.

- Get a pillow or blanket made that has photos of you guys. You could also do one of her dog or cat if she has one.
