Australian girls;) I keep getting called darl or doll? (Short for darling). Is it just an Oz thing for somebody that's cool or is it flirting?

I am well mannered and love throwing dumb jokes around and I get called doll by many of the ladies, young and old (I'm a hit with your mothers lol) I think it's just the female version of "mate" in Australia but i am curious? I'm South African and we don't get that there.

I'd say it's definitely more of an older woman thing, I don't know anyone my age who calls people that, but yeah It's just like a thing, I wouldn't call it flirting.

Studied 3d studio max and Mia. It wasn't big in South Africa at the time and it didn't seem wise. Hell if I could go back. I am one bloody good claymation filmer. That was my strength.
