You know how a lot of people have to have their daily dose of coffee? I have to have my daily dose of diet soda. Before everyone goes crazy about diet soda, I drink it because my parents never let me drink regular soda growing up so it tastes too sweet to me and I enjoy the flavor of diet. Its obviously not for health reasons. And I think both diet and regular are equally unhealthy so don't preach do me about diet soda being horrible and worse. I usually will only drink 8-12 ounces if that in a day anyways. Other than that I eat really healthy and drink lots of water. The way I see it is that most people have addictions wether it be smoking, drinking, gambling, etc. Mine just happens to be diet soda and I don't feel guilty about it at all.

I used to drink soda really often, but it's really not good for you. So, now I just drink it on occasion, like if I'm going out to eat or if I'm hanging out with my family.

when i go to the movies i always get a soda and popcorn. aside from that i don't really drink much soda.

The only time I'll have it is if I'm in the mood for it. I don't drink it often; I drink water instead.

Yes, too often. I have on average two cans a day. I know there are people who drink way more than that, but I've been led to believe that two per day is way too much. It's just soooo hard to kick.
