He is only thinking short term on the plans. If it includes you in the apartment, then he is thinking further down the line. It sounds like he is only thinking of himself instead of including you in his plans. Does he say, If he lost his job, what are WE going to do? When a guy starts using WE or US, then that is a good sign. Otherwise a guy is only thinking of himself and his plans. Does that make sense?
