Steps to making an ex regret/wonder post break up:

    1. Let go of the emotional bull-shit of that relationship and accept that it's over.

    2. Move on/Get back to living your life (as in you're not sitting around crying about your past relationship and not doing things you'd normally enjoy doing, because you're sad over her)

    3. Hold nothing against her on a personal level, even if she did you dirty.

    4. Time.

Every single ex I've ever had came back around at one time or another, with some level of regret and if it wasn't to get me back it was to have me in their life again and apologize to me. While that doesn't hurt my self esteem. I don't want that for them. I don't want my exes hurting, even if there is some pride in people feeling a loss of you. Really moving on means you're not emotionally invested in them one way or the other and the best sign of moving on is not caring, but with a positive light. You have a general want for people to do well in life and you extend that to them aswell. When you're that guy, then yes your ex will probably wonder about where she'd be if she were still with you. But when you're that guy you won't care about them regretting it, because it just doesn't matter.

Best thing is to move on and forget. If she cared she never would have left. Ignoring her is the only way to make her regret

I'm thinking about this too. But actually, my ex is satisfied in his life and doesn't want responsibilities. He kind of knows what and who he wants but he isn't struck yet (a big blow must happen in his life) and doesn't want to commit, leaving myself taken for granted. :(

He will regret if he doesn't find someone better than you - character-wise. :)

He will wonder if you become unavailable after your break-up, so never chase him and prioritize yourself. :)

Men are unreliable. Just don't depend on them. Regain confidence and self-respect. You'll be fine!

Delete them from your life. Stop talking to them. Unfriend them. Dont be a part of their lives anymore. If they wanted you, they wouldn't have left and they will come back if they wanted you again.

sometimes they actually don't regret nor care if they broke up with you. The best thing to do is just move on and find someone else later in the future.

I don't think that quote is true. plenty of exes break up and don't regret a thing. Nor do they need you later on

Don't worry about that mess. There's a reason they're your ex. Either you're trying to make them hurt or you're hoping they miss you, neither of which is healthy. Find someone right for you, be happy alone if that's what it takes, but don't put time and energy into someone that's in your past for a reason.

Jsut move on. Breakups are a part of life. It happens. And it'll keep happening. Who wants to live a life full of revenge? No thanks. I have better things to do with my time

Focusing on yourself instead of doing what you arr trying to get you ex to do. Stop. Take a minute. Focus on you and making yourself better.
