I don't know how common it is but i did for a few weeks after we broke up. Eventually we fell into the kind of relationship you have with family. Couldn't have continued to hang out if one of us still had feelings though. Would have been way too weird.

An unpopular opinion that will get me banned, but my usual punishment, when it's the girl that breaks up with me and the method use is absolutely disrespectful and the like or I break up because I can't get respect for example, I punish by simply not talking. Now, I don't somehow claim this about all women, but these usually want back in, so they end up hurt in the end.
