Why would an ex girlfriend unfriend me on facebook?

I was just wondering what a girls reasons would be to unfriend an ex on facebook?

To try and get over him completely and make sure she doesn't get feelings for him again. I think it would be too tempting to stalk his profile if I had an ex on facebook.

i had to unfriend my ex on facebook because he was talking to other girls. I still love him, and to think he's happier without me and seeing everything he does and what those girls say to him on my news feed and if I ever went on his profile, its a blow to the chest :( I miss him so much and he doesn't seem to give a sh*t.
