Saw her for the first time after 6 months, was this closure?

Anonymous
After being on/off for 8 months (she broke up with me the first time because I was inconsistent, the second time since I needed more time to commit), she met my son, family, and friends, but had a PETTY argument (I gave her the silent treatment, she was being super nit picky of me not responding to her paragraphs) while she was on a business trip, and stated, " I'm not going to wait for you/ your commitment anymore + what I deserve"... after I "apologized from the bottom of my heart" to her about my behavior, and she gave me the cold shoulder.
Later we made small talk via texts afterwards, but she made no attempt to meet up when she got back in town, so I posted a pic of me w/ two women (one that resembled her), and she blocked me... Fast forward 6-7 months and we ran into each other at a coffee shop yesterday. She came up to me (looking amazing as she always did), I was shocked.

She literally came up from behind me, put her hand on my shoulder, and I stood up and hugged her tight. We made small talk, exchanged smiles, and she made a reference to a place where she just left for business (weather), and I said,” you’re still such a baller” and she goes “one day at a time”, giggled and then she ended the convo to go to her laptop w/ her coffee. We waved/grinned to each other as I left afterwards. Is this what “closure” feels like?

I am 37(divorced/ w/a son/business guy), she's 22 (former beauty queen/grad student)
