There's this girl I know and I like, though I'm not sure how she feels since I get mixed signals. One thing I noticed though is that if we haven't talked for like a week, the next time she passes by me, she'll say "haven't seen you in a while". The thing is, she HAS seen me in different classes, we just haven't talked. I'm wondering whether this means anything or if I'm looking into it too much, which I probably am.

By seen she probably means talked. And she probably thinks you should see each other more often, not just random encounters in school. One week really isn't a long time, but if you like someone and you don't talk to them for a week, it can seem like a month

I agree with the other anon user- if someone really likes you and likes talking to you, and they don't see you for whatever length of time, it can seem like an eternity.
