Calm down! She might be busy with work or real life obligations. You said she agreed on the day, time, and place right? Great.
I would say if you're really concerned, give her one more call or text 24 hours before your date (ie: if it's tomorrow at 7pm, contact her tonight around 7). Don't be too needy or desperate! Just sending her a, "Hey! Just checking to see are we still on for tomorrow @ (insert place here) @ (insert time here)."
If she replies, which ideally she should? Great. If you don't hear from her after that, then yeah, I might be concerned or assume she's backed out.
Waiting for you to take the initiative and ask "are we still on for tomorrow"
