So this girl im dating... since the last time we hanged out at a concert it was super fun and we both had a great time, then we made out in my car for a little bit. That was 3 weeks ago, haven't seen her since then she says she is too busy with school, but she always texts me and tells me she loves me, even has her WhatsApp profile picture with me. But im honestly getting tired of just texting and she never plans dates for us. What does this mean?

I think sincerely you should investigate a bit, since you say you spent good time with her but she doesn’t organise to see you… may she be a bit shy? Maybe she expect you to organise a proper date and prefers messaging.
Does she want to hear you? Does she search for you at messaging or are you the first at writing? If she searches for you she’s evidently caring for you and she’s interested in you, maybe she’s only waiting for you to propose her a date.

Yeah you might be right but its so confusing. Like I have already told her about it, proposed multiple date ideas and she said that once her finals are done she promised me to hangout, but she has promised me to speak on the phone too because I just have such a busy day and have no time to text. She said she will start proposing and calling me on the phone now and it has already been 2 weeks since she said that and hasn't even asked me if I want to speak on the phone. And also yesterday I had very good news for me in my Professional career I wanted to share with her on the phone she said we could talk at that time and then she said she was sorry she missed it and that today we could talk but honestly if she can't even make 5-10 minutes for me and a phone call before going to bed its so crazy to me. Its too confusing

It’s very confusing but I think sincerely if she can’t make 10 minutes a day for a phone call for you, maybe she doesn’t care. And her promises of dates and calls seems to be an excuse… did she promise because you complained about her inactivity?
If it is that, I don’t know why is she bothering in talking with you, she’s evidently not so interested!
Maybe at now you’re worrying a bit too much since you’re still knowing each other and you’re not engaged. Maybe you can try stop asking her and thinking about her not calling you and see if she search for you if you don’t contact her for a while… maybe this can give you an orientation on what to do next.

Exactly what im doing since last night, she sent me that text saying we could talk about my news today but I honestly didn't reply I don't even feel like sharing it with her anymore. So im just going to push back and really see if she is interested or just wanted my attention. I seriously appreciate your help and time to respond
