She says she misses me but doesn't text back?

Me and my ex split up a month ago, I wanted to win her back so I contacted her 2 days ago. I had a catch up with her and we arranged to meet. At first it was just a what have you been up to conversation and updates, then things started to get flirty and ended up sleeping with each other. Whilst I was in the middle of the act I asked if she missed me and she said yea, this made me very happy that we might have a chance of trying our relationship again.

I texted her a few days later saying how I miss her and that I want to be able to cuddle her but she never responds. I know her work times and even after she finishes work she doesn't respond, I send her messages on facebook and she just reads them without responding. Why would she tell me she misses me if she doesn't mean it?
