Why did this Tinder guy stop talking to me on Snapchat?

We matched on tinder, he was very interested and asked me a lot of questions, continued the conversation.

... He asked for my Snapchat after talking for quite a while.

We started snapping, he sent me the first snap of how I slept. I answered with a selfie and said “pretty good how about you?” He answered with a selfie, “quite okay :)”. Then I answered too “nice!”. He answered “yup”.

The weird thing is tho that he didn’t continue talking, we just kept exchanging selfies for the rest of the day.

I didn’t answer later to his selfie cause it just kept going. He hasn’t sent me anything since, it’s been over a day.

... what happened? He seemed so interested and talkative, and suddenly as we moved to snap he became weird?

He might be trying to mirror your reply schedule. So since you ghosted/didn't reply for a while, he may have taken it as a sign that you're no longer interested or is trying to match your pace.

I ghosted him after like 10 snaps of pure selfies, which is nonsense after the long convo we’ve had.
I know that if a guy is interested, he’ll talk a lot. He didn’t do that anymore. Plus he answered like after half an hour or so, while at home.

Well yeah, but maybe he had to do something and his hands got occupied. I don't know if that's the norm for guys who are interested but maybe he was just looking for attention?

If the connection doesn't work, then it's not meant to start. What happened is normal, and you don't have to doubt yourself. Have a coffee, and relax.

Maybe he was testing the water for nudes and when none came he bailed.

He didn’t initiate anything related to that, like some fuckboys do. Plus his profile was genuine and he was very sweet. So I doubt that.

No I haven’t. He always answered, but after half an hour or so. So that was red flag number one.
Plus, he was very very initiating and talkative on tinder - asked me a lot.
We’re from diff cities tho.

Remember that conversations are a two way street! Ask him some questions to get to know him more.

I get that, but he acts very cold immediately after we shifted to talk on Snapchat rather than on tinder. I don’t get it:

The thought that came into my mind is that maybe he doesn’t find me attractive then.

Also a possibility. However unlikely if he swiped right on your tinder account. However I've definitely lost interest after adding a girl on snap and seeing that she's hidden her weight or something on tinder.

I mean I’ve got a lot of pictures, new ones, I’m slim and get a lot of compliments. The picture I have is a clear mirror selfie in from a clothing store where my face is seen clearly. Plus many other pics.

If you've taken good pictures and you're not hiding anything, then it's most likely not that. There could be many reasons why he's not as receptive over snap. Lots are probably harmless. Personally I say wait a bit, possibly till later today, and shoot him a random question over chat. A favorite of mine is "waffles or pancakes" then ask why when they reply. Such a simple question can open up for more conversation.
