I got a friend who's out there with Recon Marines in Afghan, he just deployed about last week or so.

I'm enlisting into the Marines as well, sometime in July hopefully. Been waiting a year to enlist after their medical policy lol.

second there are tons of women out there that stay faithful to their men... I date a marine long time ago and he was the unfaithful one (he was emotionally abusive and controlling too grr) I was single 2 years after with some casual dating and now even though I vowed to never date military again I'm happily engaged to an amazing man in the army anyways...

there are very good women out there that aren't tag chasers and that can actualyl hack being faithful in a deployment.. you will find someone and I wish you the best of luck :)

So for your wife to do that to you is terrible! I am sorry for you and think you should move on with your life. There's not many that fall in between. So my guess is yours was the slut and she probably cheated with many guys in your absence. But don't just blame her. You chose bad. Sorry to hear that, I hear that kind of bullsh*t happens to deployed military guys all the time... Actually my husband is a marine too, he was deployed to Iraq before, it was really hard but my family, friends and other good marine wives supported me and my husband and I got through the hard time. Trust me, every women are not like her. I'm sure there are good women out there waiting for you to be back. You really deserve someone much much better!

there are good ladies that will stay faithful :) I happen to be one of those special ladies! my boyfriend and I have been seeing each other for 5 months now and he has been deployed for 2 of them, and he won't be back for another 8 months. the distance really doesn't matter to me since I feel so strongly for him. I know its weird since we haven't been together for a long time but we make each other happy! if I'm willing to stay with someone I've known for this short amount of time then she should have been strong enough to wait for you. buuuut she obviously isn't worth your time! just stay focused on your job and getting back home safe and everything else will figure itself out. semper fi <3
