Ex boyfriend added me on linkedin?

So, he added me on linkedin but not on facebook. I did delete him on facebook when we broke up and we haven't spoken since. Now, he adds me on linkedin and he doesn't try to talk to me. I added him just for the sake of it but he hasn't tried to contact at all. What does this mean? Is he trying to get back together?

probably testing the waters phase..i myself was removed from FB..by the girl I'am seeing..then after almost 2 months of NC she adds me on Netlog..LOL..probably due to lack of words or still not sure of what to say..just wait for them to come around I guess..it's up to you if you approved the invite or not

thanks, it's been 5 months now since we spoke, plus it was an LDR. So, I know we are not going to get back together and I'm not sure I want him back. I'm a little confused by him.

LDR rarely works out for me but I hope you still can straighten things out

In my experience with that linkedin, its very easy to add people through the "search for friends through e-mail" feature. He may have done it on accident. I know I've done it. But if you really want to know what's running through his mind, you should just ask him!

I might, but I'm just not sure. I accepted and he hasn't responded or tried to contact me. I don't know if this request is an ego boost. You're right too about a possible mistake, but I wasn't in his email. So, he had to search for me.
