Me and my ex been broke it off months ago and he keeps posting on his Twitter page “Man it’s really over.” Like we haven’t broke up a while ago. He even used an account I didn’t know about to message me and my driving’s instructor told me that he was talking about me. He literally told me that he said “Yeah me and her hang out all the time.” Which we don’t because we BROKE UP! and he also told my driving’s instructor about my car accident... why bring my car accident up when I’m trying to get my LICENSE. Also, if he sees me out in public he’ll later post on Twitter something sexual seeming towards me and we’re not even together. It’s getting weird honestly and annoying.

Seems to me he can't except the breakup. He wants the public to know your still together. He needs to leave you alone or so it seems. Yes that is obession. He could still love you its possible. But you need to be careful..
