So I recently found out my partner has slept with an escort when he went out with his boys. I recently had a baby I am a mom of 3 including the newborn baby. Now I feel like I truly am happy with him and seeing that he hired a escort broke my heart. I also haven’t had time for him in bed so maybe he needed to do such thing. Anyways I feel betrayed but I don't know if I should divorce and end my marriage with him just because he slept with a bitch. Now I am mad also bc that money he spent he could’ve spent on me on a nice hair do and new lingerie but I decided I will go on a girls night out with friends and do my thing. I wouldn’t say cheat bc I’m not that type of person. But have fun yes

Well I certainly think you are entitled to divorce him and courts would consider that a valid reason for a divorce usually. Ultimately it's up to you to decide if your marriage is worth saving. I would say that at the very least he owes you either a really expensive piece of apology jewelry or a dozen spa weekends and maybe a night out with a cute stud at his expense.
