Is this enough reason to break up with him?

Question

So I am currently dating someone who called his ex's name during sex at one point. My name and his ex wife's name sound very familiar.

Also, we were doing the deed and his ex wife (divorced w a son from his ex) called while we were in the middle of having sex and he brushed me aside to pick up the call from his ex and reasoned out that he just really wanted to talk to his son. We have recently started dating. And for me it feels like red flags. Is this enough to break up with him?

I'd give him time, as far as him calling her name. If he's recently divorced, he just may be so used to calling her name during sex that he he just does it automatically. But, DON'T let it slide!! Tell him not to do it anymore because, as far as you're concerned, you want him to KNOW that it's YOU he's with, and NOT her!! IF he does it another time or two in the NEAR future, don't make a big deal out of it WHEN it happens but, again, tell him about it!! IF there's a 4th time, THEN make it an issue because the dog hasn't unlearned his trick and needs to be taught!! STOP the sex right there no matter HOW close he is to cumming and make an issue out of it!! Maybe that case of blue balls will teach him a lesson!! If you WANNA do that after the 3rd time, cool. I would just think he MIGHT still be doing it out habit. 4th time? "NO!!! BAD dog!! BAAAAAD dog!!! I've already told you THREE TIMES!!!" And then take whatever steps you think need to be taken. Y'know, stick his dick in the freezer for an hour, snap a mouse trap on it, put it in the toaster, SOMETHING to re-enforce that it's YOU, NOT her!! Whatever it takes to make him remember that!!! If he continues after that, break-up time!!
Now, as for him stopping to answer the phone! That's hard!!! He should NOT be doing that, especially at that point!!! Phones have answering machines!! They can also be TURNED OFF!! The son can be called back LATER!!! It's not like he's 99 years old and about to take his last breath!! He'll BE THERE!! If THAT happens again, maybe you have an idea of why he ended up being divorced in the first place!
