The common argument from women is that they divorce men because men cheat on their wives, but that argument doesn't work. More couple divorce in their 20s than any other age range, and at that age women actually cheat more than men, so that argument goes out the window.
Perhaps more compelling are the statistics that compare divorce rates in lesbian, gay and heterosexual marriages. Gay married couples are the least likely to divorce while lesbian couples are the most likely. Lesbian couples are actually three times as likely as gay couples to divorce.
