How do I stop blaming myself for my ex-girlfriend cheating on me and leaving me for someone else. I know there I are things I could have done better in the relationship, but until the end I was still fighting to fix and work on the relationship.

Blaming yourself won't solve anything. Think that it was a lesson, in which you have learned to be a better person in your next relationship and do not make the same mistakes.

It sucks but it happens a lot. Let yourself off the hook. She was looking for something else and no matter what you did it probably would not have made any difference.
