Would You Split Up and Still Share A House?

its gonna be hard in the first place since only under certain conditions do i believe in divorce. In order for that divorce to occur she'd have to have
A: cheated on me, in which case she can go live with his ass
B: Threatened to kill me, and I'm calling the cops
C: Struck me, and I'm documenting that sh*t, filing a police report, and locking myself away
I dont believe in no fault divorce. I believe you need one of the above reasons for that to be legit in the eyes of God. Yes I get it not everyone is religious but I am and I certainly take vows and loyalty seriously.
depends on the breakup
thanks
Some people very close to me did this. I don't know if it would influence me.
My morals are that, if we have not divorced then I would share the house... if divorced, it indicates something very serious... maybe another person in his life... so I would not want to share.
Absolutely not when I split I’m trying to heal and get away from you.
I left my ex the day the lease was up and said I wasn’t putting my name down

Since I already own my house this isn't really a risk for me. I really don't like to co owning anything. It's better to share own thing and be open with who bought it and who keeps it if we separate. Less conflicts. Less risk of fighting over who pays than its to have a fight the day you separate over certain items.
These kind of things never work , you can say you would ( maybe you have no choice ) , I voted " with conditions " but really it just doesn't work , and makes things far worse - Cut clean the dead wood and move on ----
I know somebody that did this. She said that they could not afford to get divorced. Her husband already had a girlfriend. This did not end well.
If we are renting, I'll wait until the lease is up. If we own the house, then we would fight it out in court.
Dry walls aren't that hatd to install... but not with my ex, already a meeting in my calender there, in hell
