Why did my ex girlfriend unblock me on Facebook after 5 months but not on any other social media and then block me again, is it because I reached out?

I'm aware that you have to wait 48h to block someone again after unblocking them, I sent her a friend request and she declined it and the option to add her dissappeard from her profile, I sent her a message to ask how she was as I still care and love her but it must have been a message request, did she unblock me to snoop on me as my profile is public and why unblock me to block me again

Yeah I thought that, but I know she's gotten into a new relationship over the past couple days just seems so odd, and you have to wait 48 hours to block a person you've unblocked again, just wish we could talk to each other even if I got closure as I was just completely cut off
