Why does my ex keep blocking and unblocking me?

So my ex and I split this past April. About a month after, she started dating someone she met on tinder. They’re still together now. She had me blocked on Facebook since May. Since September she has blocked and unblocked me on Facebook 4 times now. I don’t want her back like I use to. Just trying to understand her thought process here? I have not contacted her since June. And have not acknowledged her blocking and unblocking in any way. Anybody have an ex that did this while they’re in another relationship? It’s starting to look really desperate on her end.

She could be unblocking your for your attention so you communicate with her first and she maybe blocking you all over again because she realises you’re not what she wants and then repeating the process because she doesn’t know what she wants, but wants a reaction out of you at the same time.
