Have to say, I don't think that is the important question.

First, it's unusual for guys to talk to guys over their previous relationships. However, if they did, it would likely be face to face, not over the phone.
Second, in my mind, the only reason a new partner (whether male or female), would talk to an ex, is to confirm the problems they are having now aren't something new.

I might tell them, but I kind of doubt it. Personally, I'd expect there to be bad blood between ex's, so I wouldn't expect anything beyond negative bias.

You have no reason to blast your ex, but there is nothing wrong with confirming what she's seeing.
