His ex girlfriend is ruining our relationship.. What should I do?

I have been dating my boyfriend for a while. Our relationship has been great.. except his ex girlfriend always calls him and texts him and tells him that she misses him. They were only dating for 5 months and she cheated on him so she always wants to talk to him and be his "friend".. I never really had a problem with it. I had sex with my boyfriend for the first time today, so I was going to go on his Face book and write something sweet as his status, (we do this often with each other) but when I logged into his face book.. messages started popping up from his ex girlfriend.. not trying to read it, I went to click out of it until I saw with my own eyes that they BOTH said that they missed each other and they said they need to start talking more and he told her to text him.. What really upsets me the most is that I tell him everything, when one of my ex boyfriends text me.. Just the fact that he told her that he misses her and that he wants to try and work harder on their relationship really just puts it over the edge. I checked out the time of this and I found out that while they were talking back and forth.. He was on the phone with me.. And did not say one thing to me.. I don't know what I should do.. Would this be called emotional cheating? Should I break up with him? Help?

I'm sorry to hear that but my best advice I can give is confront him about it but if he refuse to tell the truth then your choices are either tell him is either me or her if he choose you then make him cut all ties with her but if he said can't choose then tell him I make it easy for you then leave him or make him tell you the truth but if he choose her then leave him because I believe is unacceptable you deserve that treatment you deserve someone better then him no one deserve to go through that it's just plain despicable and sick he should be more loyal to you and to your feelings I wish you good luck and whatever happens happens and if you choose to leave him don't give him another chance that's unless he proves it to you and he has to earn your trust again I hope I helped and good luck

That is a red flag if I have ever seen one. Sometimes people never get over thier ex's The relationship is like an on off switch that keeps getting flipped. Though I do feel for you, I would recommend not staying with him if that is that case.

You don't want to get caught up in being his second girl. Not only will that hurt you, but it will hurt the other girl and eventually him as well. Love triangles are not fun.

My advice would be to give it a few days, see if he can explain himself and if he can't, move on.

There are 6 billion people on this planet, there is always another guy who doesn't have that kind of baggage.

Yeah, there has been another problem where he let me borrow his phone because my had died and his ex girlfriend kept texting him and telling him to call him because she misses him.

No one cares about anything anyone wants but themselves. The one universal constant is caring about what YOU want. Word of real advice is to somehow make him Want to end it with her. That is the only way. He has to want to end it with her. If he wants her in his life there is nothing you can say to change it. threatening to leave him MAY make him want to keep you over wanting to keep her. But he has to want you over her. Find a way to do this and he will abandon her.

You should confront him and be honest about how you feel about it with him. He will either be honest about it or he won't. He will either want you or her so tell him that it is either me meaning you or her but not both.. If he wants to stay with you then he should lose all contact with her. If he wants her then you should just tell him it is over between the two of you and then move on.
