So since we got married 3 years ago, I’ve been the one affording us both, I found out he was cheating so I withdrew my money and blocked all his access to it, I bought him the latest iphone, and a couple of other 12-13 pro max devices that I changed their icloud, because I knew it was going to hurt him, and he wouldn’t let me out with them, I was scared he would hurt me, so I just locked them, and I don’t really care of their value, I just knew it would hurt him, I knew I was nothing to him anymore, and I took all the shitty mistreatment thinking he’s just a little bit annoyed of something, but I just knew something was up, when I faced him with infedility he just called me “nothing” and said that he is the one ending it with me, He kicked me out of the house when I came back to pack some clothes, now he’s asking for a percentage of my money, I couldn’t just believe it! I told him you took enough already, he says I want a percentage, so how much? I never replied back to him, I feel disgusted.

I'm sure at some point lawyers will be involved, it doesn't sound like they type to do a settlement without one.
Most states are a 50/50 so the estate is split that way.
Things like 401k, insurance, personal possessions will or can enter into the settlement.
If you did a prenup that can help you out as well.

Depending on where you are, divorce laws usually result in each partner getting half of your combined assets. When I got divorced, my ex-wife and I split just about everything 50-50. It hurt, since she had been a stay at home mom while I worked, so all the income was mine... but that's the way it is.

You need to document every single word/text he says/sends you from now on. Did he send you any texts regarding the divorce?

Don’t say anything to him. If he is trying to negotiate, he can, but you should stand by your decision. You need NOT give him even a single penny. He seems ungrateful.

Check with a lawyer but most states have you divide the money up 50/50.
