I have been livibg with a guy friend he takes 500 every month and he pasyd the other 500, i feel like he is stealing from me knowing i have nowheree to go

I don't understand the question. Are you splitting rent, paying 500 each? How is that stealing?

If he literally takes it from you without your permission, then it might be stealing. If you are voluntarily giving it to him, then it's not stealing.

He might be taking advantage of you, which is also not stealing. But if you are living there, it's very reasonable of him to expect you to pay some of the expenses.

Without really understanding what the situation is, I can only speculate.

I don't know enough about the situation to give a good answer. Can you not afford to pay the 500 per month? How long have you lived there? Do you expect to live there for free? Why do you not have anywhere else to go?
