Ex dumped me then got engaged two months later to a girl he doesn’t know?

We dated for ten months, he promised me the whole 10 months he would marry me and never did. He lied manipulated and was rude to me the whole time. Told me he didn’t want to touch me nor felt anything when I was sad. He broke up with me saying he wasn’t ready for marriage. Low and behold 2 months later he's met a girl and is engaged and is happy as a clam. Got a ring on her photo takes her for hikes, takes photos and does things he never ever did with me which he promised to do. All he did was sleep when I was around and complain. They got engaged and a month and a half before he was still messaging me. Finally Before he proposed he blocked me and my whole entire family plus friends on Instagram so we wouldn’t see. After he blocked me there he sent me a random tiktok and messaged me to return the rest of my things which he didn’t. He told me he would never get over me and I feel he was a narcissist. How could he get engaged to a women he barely knew and just leave me in the dust like I was nothing. Especially get enagged to a woman he’s only know for a month and a half. I feel he never loved me nor cared as he was so easily able to move on and get engaged. He moved down here for me and the reason was he was going to marry me then decided no. Why did he go ahead and propose and not to me? I’ve blocked him on everything as well
